Kayak Rental (Single person)
Jackson Riviera Single Person Kayak with a paddle, life jacket, mesh trash bag and carabiner. Price is per day. This is an add on option for camping guests only. We do not offer kayak rentals as a stand alone option at this time. Do not attempt to rent kayaks without a camping reservation for the same period. Shuttle is not included. You are responsible to set your own shuttle and return the kayaks and equipment to HWC after your river trip. You will need your own tie downs and the means to safely transport the kayaks and equipment. (Max capacity is 1 person or 300 lbs.)
Note: Commercially owned watercraft have different regulations than privately owned watercraft, and each outfitter is only authorized to operate within specific areas per GRDA. HWC rental watercraft are currently only authorized to launch/takeout at Carnes Ford, Highwater Camp, and Chewey Bridge. Please do not take them to WOKA or 59 bridge to launch. WOKA has rentals you may use within the park or you may your own watercraft to float down to HWC. (Sorry, we don’t make the rules of the river, but we are required to follow them. Thanks for being responsible).
